PVD coating plant offering the option of using several ARC evaporation sources, arranged in any order, for depositing single or multiple layers of Cr, CrNi, Zr, and Ti.

The coating process takes place at a temperature below 100°C, thus allowing surfaces of heat sensitive products to be finished as well.

Considerable cost reductions through very brief coating cycles and high charging capacity.

A carburetted hydrogen free vacuum is created by means of a cryopump.
The whole process is fully automated and the handling of substrates very easy.
