Horizontal plant for coating plastic, glass, ceramic,
and metal components with a chamber diameter of 2050 mm and 2900 mm usable
length.
Evaporator groups are configurable, and suitable coating
materials are Al, Cu, CrNi, Ag, Au, as well as compounds of ZnS, MgF2 and
SiOx.
The substrate carriers holding the items to be coated have been
specially designed to guarantee high charging performance.
Consumption
of materials and process media is economical and coating cycles are very
brief.
The inclusion of an HMDS device in the plant permits further
extensions of its potential use. The plant is maintenance and service
friendly.
Its most economical use is in those lines of industry where
particularly large numbers of parts are to be coated, e. g. in the automotive,
lighting, electrical and everyday commodities fields.
