Horizontal plant for coating plastic, glass, ceramic, and metal components with a chamber diameter of 1800 mm and 1950 mm usable length.

Evaporator groups are configurable, and suitable coating materials are Al, Cu, CrNi, Ag, Au, as well as compounds of ZnS, MgF2 and SiOx.

Substrate carriers for the items to be coated have been specially designed to guarantee high charging performance.

Consumption of materials and process media is economical and coating cycles are very brief.
Other options for the plant, such as an HMDS device, or thick film coating, extend it's potential even further.

It is very maintenance and service friendly.
