Horizontal plant for coating plastic, glass, ceramic, and metal components with a chamber diameter of 1400 mm and 1880 mm usable length.

Evaporator groups are configurable, and suitable coating materials are Al, Cu, CrNi, Ag, Au, as well as compounds of ZnS, MgF2 and SiOx.

Special substrate carriers for the items to be coated have been designed to guarantee high charging performance.

Consumption of materials and process media is economical and coating cycles are very brief.
Other options for the plant, such as an HMDS device, or thick film coating, are further extending the potential for its use. The plant is maintenance and service friendly.

It can be used in all lines of industry, especially in the automotive, lighting, electrical and everyday commodities fields.
