Horizontal plant for coating plastic, glass, ceramic,
and metal components with a chamber diameter of 1100 mm and usable length of
1650 mm.
Evaporator groups are configurable, and suitable coating
materials are Al, Cu, CrNi, Ag, Au, as well as compounds of ZnS, MgF2 and
SiOx.
Special substrate carriers for the items to be coated have been
designed to guarantee high charging performance.
Consumption of
materials and process media is economical, and coating cycles are very
brief.
Other options, such as an HMDS device, or thick film coating,
especially for electromagnetic shielding, are further extensions of the plant's
potential use.
META 1100 is very maintenance and service
friendly.
It can be used in all lines of industry, especially in the
automotive, lighting, electrical and everyday commodities fields.
