PVD coating plant, offering the option of using 3 ARC
sources for depositing mixed or multiple layers, such as TiCN, TiAlN, TiCrN,
ZrCN, thus enlarging considerably the potential for functional and decorative
surface finishing.
Considerable cost reductions are achieved through brief
coating cycles with the use of 3 ARC sources. Coating thicknesses are modifiable
to enable further improvement of a product's mechanical and tribological
characteristics.
Reproduction of desired colours is
feasible.
Various decorative shades of gold can be achieved by varying
the gas intake.
The plant is very maintenance and service
friendly.
